Ceaser

Calling all German Shepherd lovers: Ceaser is a 5 year old, neutered male who is housebroken and who has lived with adults, children, and other pets. Ceaser looks a little threadbare right now because of some hairless patches of skin, but like every other dog that has come to us in this condition he may just have a flea allergy that is simple to treat. We feel sure that given time, medication, and better nutrition Ceaser’s coat will grow back beautifully. But who cares about hair loss when you have so much heart? In his kennel, Ceaser stands politely while you hook up his leash and walks like a perfect gentleman to the back door. When he met the 8 year old son of one of our volunteers, Ceaser did not jump up or bark; he gently sniffed this young acquaintance and then backed away to explore other things in the yard. It’s his special heart that makes Ceaser so easy to love. To share some heart-to-heart with Ceaser, contact Tri-County Animal Rescue Center on Facebook, call 814-918-2032, or email: contactus@Tricounty-arc.org

Volunteers that work with dogs are not always at the rescue center during public hours. Please make an appointment if you wish to be able to take a dog out of its kennel. Thank you!
